Cialis Super Active+ (Tadalafil)

Aftermarket and / or clinical trials, reported serious cardiovascular effects, including myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death, unstable angina, ventricular arrhythmia, accident stroke, transient ischemic attacks, chest pain, palpitations and tachycardia. Mostpatients where these effects were observed, had preexisting cardiovascular risk factors. However, it is not possible to definitively determine whether these events are directly related to these risk factors, to CIALIS, to sexual activity or thecombination of these or other factors.

Have been reported cases of visual defects and (NAION) associated with the intake of CIALIS and other PDE 5 inhibitors. The patient should be advised that in case of sudden visual defect, shouldstop taking CIALIS and seek medical advice immediately (see section 4. 3).

There are limited clinical data on the safety of administering a single dose of CIALISin patients with severe hepatic impairment (class ChildPugh C). When prescription CIALIS, should be made a careful individual benefit / risk by the prescription physicians.
